The CWFS offers a range of insurance services. Founded by Post Office Trade
Unionists one hundred years ago it was part of the union until legislation
determined that there had to be greater independance. It remains an intengral
part of the CWU and is run as an entirely non-profit making service.

Union Energy is an offshoot of Scotish Power although owned by the TUC and
supported by the CWU. Members can save up to 20% on gas bills and 10% on
Electricity bills. Free payment protection cover is also included.
