Return of New & Unused BT Engineering Store Items (Including Repairable Items)


 

 

In order to arrange collection of New & Unused store items valued at more than £20.00, or any repairable item, it will now be necessary to contact the SCS Customer Service Centre (CSC) at Magna Park who will give you a unique Reference Number.

  • The contact number is 0800 484844 (please choose appropriate option).
  • Please quote your EIN.
  • Please quote your Locker number and STA Address for Collection
  • Please label ALL items (only correctly labelled items will be collected.)
  • Return labels will be available to order from 12th February 2001, please order item code 000954.
  • BT Payphones, BIS and Syncordia customers should continue to use their own labels.
  • Please quote label bar code serial number associated with each item Box or overpack!
  • Please write the reference number as quoted by the CSC on the label
  • Collections will be made within 3 working days

    The CSC reference number should be entered onto each label, unless you intend to send all the items back together in a box or overpack. In this instance, it will still be necessary to label each item, but there will only be one reference number quoted by the CSC. This reference number should be entered onto the label, which is placed on the outside of the box or overpack
