The Communication Workers Union (CWU) represents the interests of workers in telecommunications, cable TV, broadcasting and other communication companies.

We can help you with any grievance you may have with your employers, we can also help with your appeals against decisions made by them and represent you in the event of any disciplinary action being taken against you.

If all else fails and the CWU feels that you have a reasonable case against your employers, the CWU Legal department could help you take a case to an Employment Tribunal.  The Legal department will also represent you in claims against a third party that involve personal injury and where you can prove negligence.  This is part of the benefit of being a member of the CWU and is completely free of charge meaning you get to keep any award made in your favour.
