The Branch is giving away 1000 Union Diaries
These will be sent out on a "first come - first served" basis to members who
complete the form below or return one of the hard copies that have been
circulated.
The information that you give helps to to ensure our records are up to date.
So many people forget to inform us then they move for instance. For that
reason, even if you do not want a free diary, we would still ask you to
complete the form.
